About the project
Trustivum builds compliance and security software for the companies the big platforms priced out: B2B SaaS, healthtech and healthcare IT firms with 20 to 200 people who are asked for SOC 2 or HIPAA readiness by a customer, a partner or an insurer, and who have no compliance team to hand it to.
Mad Monkey Creative is Trustivum's design, engineering, hosting and marketing agency. We designed the product family, built and operate the applications and the infrastructure they run on, created the brand and the marketing sites, and run the content and outreach program — all under contract to a company that stands on its own.
Four standalone products, one program
Trustivum:Compliance is the main product. The asset-management app, the service desk and the penetration-testing service each stand on their own, and each one feeds the compliance program when connected. A customer can start anywhere and grow into the rest.

A SOC 2 and HIPAA program run on a weekly cadence: three to five short questions go to the people who do the work, and their answers land as evidence against the right control.

Project goals
